Airsoft GI (GI Toys) was launched in 2003 and has quickly become America's #1 retailer of airsoft guns and accessories.Airsoft GI is a company run by airsoft players for airsoft players. Airsoft Gi is based out of California and has a walk-in store, but obviously that is not available to our east coast players.


Customer Service
I have made over 25 orders with Airsoft GI ranging from $50-$400 and I have yet to unsatisfied with any of my purchases. One of the big things what helps with this is the testing that GI dose with they're products. With every airsoft gun you purchase there will be a test paper to vjavascript:add("","")erify that your gun is functioning properly and what velocity your gun has chronoed at.

Promotion
Airsoft Gi dose an excellent job of promoting they're products and services through they're site banners and Youtube channel. People who do frequent orders should keep an eye out for the constant specials and discounts that are offered!

Your right. Airsoft GI is a great store, not to mention the money you can save with their freeshipping AND you can also use a coupon code on top of that. The only problem I found was that since they are in California, shipping takes a while, and you have run a risk of recieving your gun broken because it travels such a long distance. I can say that the last gun that I got from them, my Echo 1 M14, I recieved broken and had to send back, which was a real hastle. Luckily, their customer service is excellent. They helped me through the process of sending my gun back to Echo 1 and that helped a lot since it was my first gun I have had to do so.

Again, they are great and I highly recommend them.

I actually ordered my metal hop up unit from Airsoft G.I. They are a great company. The part they recommended for my G36 fit perfectly, and I was impressed with the delivery time, even on UPS Ground. I think I will be a customer of theirs for life
