KSC Glock 17
FPS: 300
Adjustable Hop Up
Blow back
Full metal (Polymer frame, Metal slide and barrel)
Price: $120-170 (depending on who's selling it and what model)
Basic Overview:
Right out of the box, this gun is one of the most solid Gas pistols on the market. This is easily one of KSC/KWA's best works. The Polymer frame is very well built, and extremely solid (as you'll hear me mention a lot about this gun.) The frame is a nice solid metal, along with the barrel, both of which come trademarked (earlier versions came with "Glock" trademarks, where the new models come with just "G" and the model number on them.) The gun's magazine is entirely metal, right down to the magazine lip (which I've had break on me before, not a worry with this gun.) So with the basic information out of the way, how does it perform?
Performance:
This gun doesn't shoot the hardest compared to other gas pistols on the market, however at roughly 310 FPS, this gun isn't a push over either. It has just enough power behind it to be extremely effective in a skirmish. The hop system works really well. That, along with the build quality of this gun, gives it decent range for a side arm, along with making it very accurate. I've been able to hit human sized targets at pushing 35-40 yards. The blowback system is wonderful, along with well made sights to make this gun a very reliable side arm.
Pros:
Full metal where needed
Easy to adjust hop unit
Accurate
Good power
VERY upgradable and customizable
Cons:
right off hand, I can't think of anything with this particular model that I didn't like.
Overall score: 9/10
